We have also partnered with a leading life insurance medical records vendor to obtain full medical records for our clients.

AUS is a registered life expectancy provider in the states of Florida and Texas and holds memberships with the Life Insurance Settlement Association (LISA), American Geriatrics Society (AGS), Academy of Home Office Underwriters (AHOU), the American Academy of Insurance Medicine (AAIM), the Rocky Mountain Society of Home Office Underwriters (RMSHOU), and the Southeastern Home Office Underwriters Association (SEHOUA).

Each AUS employee has more than 20 years experience in the underwriting industry. Our underwriting team brings to the table vast underwriting experience at senior levels with major life and reinsurance carriers which is second to none. Our chief underwriter has personally completed more than 9,000 life expectancy reviews in the life settlement market.

As part of our core philosophy, AUS employees continuously attend educational seminars and courses to stay current of developments in medicine, clinical management of geriatric patients and generally accepted underwriting practices.

Traci E. Davis, FLMI, AALU, ACS, Founder and President
With more than 20 years of medical underwriting experience, Traci has held senior underwriting and management positions with premier life and reinsurance carriers, such as Security Life of Denver, ING, ING-Re, and Scottish Re. Her primary focus areas of underwriting are on senior and affluent market insureds with expertise in impaired risk, co-morbid disease processes, and contestable underwriting claims review.

Traci is a fellow of the Life Management Institute, and a current officer and past president of the Rocky Mountain Society of Home Office Underwriters. She is a member of the Academy of Life Underwriting and American Geriatrics Society.

Linda Raymer Goranson, FLMI, AALU, ARA, ACS, Director of Underwriting
With more than 25 years of medical underwriting and management experience, Linda began her career in the health, disability and life association market. Since then she has held consultant and management positions with premier life and reinsurance carriers, such as Banner Life, CNA LifeRe and Munich American Reassurance. Her expertise lies in the underwriting of affluent, international, senior and impaired risks, the evaluation of contestable claims and the technology to perform these services.

Thomas M. Kann, Director of Marketing
With more than 38 years experience in financial markets, Tom is a specialist in life assets. He is a principal of Southwest Merchant Group, Inc., and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 22, 24, 63 and is a licensed agent in life, variable annuities, and health insurance.

His long Wall Street career includes investment banking firms Bache & Co, Loeb Rhoades, United California Bank, Smith Barney, Société Générale, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Securities.
